1. Bring in the bike or part and your proof of purchase.
2. We fill in a claim form and give you a copy.
3. We sort it within 30 days, usually within a week. We'll call you.

The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear (tyres, chain, brake pads), crash damage or work done outside our workshop.
