Your room is ready from three in the afternoon, and we'll hand you the keys ourselves. If you'll be later than eight, please give us a ring and we'll wait up.

After ten at night the house is quiet, as families with young children stay here too. Breakfast is in the dining room from half past seven, so you can leave by ten without rushing.

Dogs are welcome for £12 a night, just not in the dining room. You can smoke on the terrace.
