Orders. Your order is binding once we confirm it to you by email. You pay in advance by bank transfer, and we send the goods once the payment arrives.
Delivery. By tracked post within 5 working days for £5, or collection from the workshop by arrangement.

Damage. Photograph damaged goods as soon as they arrive and email us the photos.
