My terms in plain words
- I'll confirm your order by email, then you pay by bank transfer.
- I wrap the mugs in paper and send them by tracked post for £5.
- If you don't like something, send it back within 14 days, no questions asked.
- Something arrived broken? Take a photo straight away and I'll send a new one.
