When do I pay?

Only after choosing a design and placing your order. Until then, you don't pay or sign anything. No registration or card is needed.

How long do I have to decide?

Your two designs arrive within two working days, and you have 30 days to decide. If you need more time, we'll extend that.

Is the website built with AI?

Yes, using the content of your current website or your answers in the guide. A person checks each design and corrects errors by hand.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes. Change text, prices, opening hours and photos directly on your website after signing in through an email link. Versions are saved, so you can go back.

What happens to my domain and email?

Your domain stays yours, with your current registrar. Just change one setting, or we'll do it for you. Your email continues to arrive where it does today.

What if I don't get back to you?

You don't pay or sign anything. If you get in touch later, we'll start again.
